The WLLA board of directors takes very seriously the public trust in
managing its financials. The WLLA is contracted with Snow Garrett
Williams certified public accounting firm in maintaining Compilation
Reports of Financial Statements that are provided monthly to the WLLA
board of directors. These include monthly statement of activities,
general ledger, trial balance and P&L statements.
WLLA financials also have multiple checks and balances through the
Treasurer, Pat Deen and the oversight of the appointed finance committee
of Joel Dickerson (Co-Treasurer) and Jacob Holt. Financial controls also have been
implemented in requiring dual signatures on checks, reimbursement form
approval for league expenditures.
