Important Upcoming Dates:
August 9th - Make Up Uniform Fitting for Cheerleaders 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. in the boardroom
August 13th - Certification for ALL FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS please arrive by 7:00 a.m. The location is Peace Baptist Church, 4000 Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA 30032.
August 12th - 14th - We are looking for volunteers to help in the concession stand during an upcoming football tournament. We need eight (8) to nine (9) volunteers per shift. Each shift is two hours.
As an incentive to get volunteers RYFA is offering $7.00 RYFA cash for every hour that you volunteer. RYFA cash can be used to pay your registration fees, cheer pack fees, buy RYFA gear or make purchases from the concession stand. The only restriction is RYFA cash will not be paid for hours that you want to be credited towards the two mandatory volunteer hours each family must do.

Donations needed:
The concession stand is in need of supplies. We are looking for donations of small kitchen appliances such as, fryers, electric grills, crockpots and a microwave.
If you would like to donate any of these items please bring it to the practice field concession stand one during practice one day this week.
Teams/Squads:
All children have now been placed on a team if you have not heard from your coach please contact Coach Williams for football [email protected] or Ashley Edwards for cheer [email protected]
Parking:
All parents need to park in the parking lot and not in the red zone. The four parking spots next to the concession stand are for coaches and board members that need to unload supplies.
Cars parked in the red zone are subject to be towed
